Patricia Gaudette

Patricia earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She has worked in a variety of settings and is trained as a trauma informed therapist. Her  ideal client may present with a variety of issues, but ultimately they are motivated to seek change and implement new skills to successfully move through life transitions and increase overall well-being in their daily lives. They strive to be open and vulnerable in sessions and are looking to be an active and collaborative part of their therapeutic journey. She believes in the value of genuine connection and holding a safe space for healing to occur so that her clients can grow into their fullest potential. She believes we are all experts of our own experience, and a client who is willing to provide feedback on what is working and what is not can assist in helping to tailor the therapeutic experience to meet their individual needs.

Patricia specializes in individual, couples and Christian counseling. She has an empathic yet direct approach, helping clients to gain awareness of their attachment patterns and family system…and with consistent effort, leads to lasting change in learning new ways to create and form healthy relationships with ourselves and with others.
