Alex has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Alex is an advocate for self-care and helping individuals develop skills to assist them with any challenges they may be facing. Alex meets her clients where they are at, while serving as a positive and guiding support in the process. Alex utilizes a person centered and cognitive behavioral approach, while integrating a blend of other treatment modalities based on the needs of each client. Alex hopes to lead each individual in the right direction while allowing each client to be autonomous in their mental health journey. Alex’s warm and inviting nature will allow for a comfortable and authentic therapeutic experience. Alex earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Saint Rose in 2020.
