Amy, a licensed, master’s level clinician and alumni of SUNY Albany, brings over 10 years of experience to her practice, spanning various settings including crisis intervention, outpatient care, supported housing, and intensive outreach case management. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, dual diagnosis, mood disorders, and complex needs.

With a compassionate and genuine approach, Amy operates through an eclectic lens, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, strength-based approaches, and person-centered therapy. She recognizes the importance of tailoring treatment to suit the individual needs and goals of each client.

Amy specializes in working with teenagers (16+) and adults, focusing on empowerment, self-efficacy, growth, motivation, insight, and healing. She believes in creating personalized strategies to help clients work towards their desired lives, while honoring their authentic selves.

Central to Amy's practice is the establishment of a non-judgmental safe space with trauma-informed awareness.
