Amy Zimmerman
Since graduating with her Masters in Counseling and Community Psychology from Sage Graduate School in 2010, Amy has worked with diverse populations in a variety of settings. She provides support to adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Focusing on the mind-body connection and recognizing that no two people are alike, she tailors treatment based on the needs of each individual, integrating techniques from multiple modalities including EMDR, CBT, and DBT. Using humor and compassion she creates a safe, non-judgemental space for people to heal. Outside of work she enjoys running, performing arts of all kinds, baseball, reading, spending time outside, cooking, baking, playing the trumpet, and traveling.
