Blair Vogel
Blair earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan who deal with a variety of mental health struggles including depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, as well as intellectual and developmental delays. Blair’s current clinical focus is working with teens, children, individuals and families.
Blair believes that counseling is a collaborative process in which the client is the expert in their own life. She takes a person-centered approach to counseling and creates a non-judgmental environment. Utilized interventions can include those from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy, along with play based and art based interventions.
Ultimately, Blair firmly believes in meeting clients where they currently are in their therapeutic journey by tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs of each client and by fostering a strong therapeutic relationship.
