Gabriella Brumaghim


Gabriella earned her master's in clinical mental health counseling from The College of Saint Rose in 2019 and has worked in a variety of mental health and addiction settings. Gabriella is dedicated to working with adults presenting with an array of struggles, specifically focusing on anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, communication skills, life transitions, depression, and substance abuse. Her approach is geared towards helping individuals discover the root of what is bringing them to therapy through insight development and self-exploration as she provides a safe space for each client to be vulnerable. Gabriella works through a non-judgmental and curious lens with the belief that the therapeutic alliance is the necessary foundation for change and healing. She is passionate about creating a collaborative relationship with her clients to better provide support and empower them to accomplish their identified goals. Gabriella is empathic, compassionate, and understanding with the intent to meet clients where they are in order to help them learn coping skills to reduce their symptoms and function better throughout their day. Her purpose is to offer guidance, insight, and encouragement while also implementing the necessary treatment modalities to challenge, empower, and motivate clients to grow.
