Diane Webb
For Diane, psychotherapy is a holistic journey that treats the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. This holistic framework informs everything she does, from her work specializing in anxiety and trauma to how she leverages cutting-edge treatment approaches that incorporate the latest findings from neuroscience and energy work. In each session, Diane utilizes her expansive skillset to meet the unique needs of her clients and foster deep, soul-level healing.
A seasoned therapist with more than a decade's worth of patient care experience, Diane graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a master's degree in mental health counseling. She uses EMDR, brainspotting, EFT, and mindfulness-informed CBT with her clients. Time and time again, Diane has witnessed clients transform their lives with the support of these modalities. Diane recognizes that each person's healing journey comes with its unique obstacles and creates a safe, supportive holding space for clients as they venture inward and accomplish this healing work.
At With Grace MHC, Diane mentors individual therapists and the team as a whole in trauma-informed care and best practices. Diane feels that one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is to help therapists develop their therapeutic repertoires to incorporate best practices in trauma-informed practices.
