Blair Vogel

MHC-LP

Blair works with adolescents (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and emotional or behavioral challenges. She brings a warm, approachable presence to her work and is especially skilled at helping teens feel comfortable opening up, while also supporting adults in building clarity, resilience, and confidence in their lives.

Blair supports clients who may be struggling with emotional regulation, identity development, relationship dynamics, and periods of transition. Whether working with teens or adults, she helps clients better understand their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop practical skills to manage stress and improve daily functioning.

Her approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual. Blair integrates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Adlerian Therapy, offering both insight and concrete strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives.

When working with adolescents, Blair also collaborates with families as appropriate, helping to strengthen communication, support emotional development, and create a more connected and understanding home environment.

Clients often experience Blair as warm, patient, and easy to connect with. She creates a nonjudgmental, supportive space where individuals feel understood, while also being guided toward meaningful growth and increased confidence.

Blair earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose.
