Britney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in maternal and perinatal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions that can accompany motherhood and identity shifts. She is passionate about helping women feel more supported, grounded, and connected to themselves during seasons of change that can often feel overwhelming or isolating.
