Casey Dooley

LMHC-D, CASAC

Casey is a seasoned therapist with two decades of clinical experience, specializing in trauma, anxiety, phobias, and addiction recovery. She works with individuals and couples who are seeking meaningful, lasting change. Particularly, those navigating complex or long-standing challenges.

Her approach is grounded in both advanced clinical training and extensive real-world experience across levels of care, including inpatient, long-term treatment, and private practice. Casey is trained in both Brainsptting and Progressive Counting, which are advanced treatment modalities to treat PTSD, anxiety disorders, and phobias. She helps clients process and resolve deeply rooted experiences, rather than simply managing symptoms.

In addition to her trauma treatment work, Casey has a strong background in addiction and recovery. As a Master Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), she supports clients in understanding the underlying drivers of substance use while building sustainable, long-term change.

Casey also works with couples, helping partners navigate communication challenges, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. Her work with couples is grounded, direct, and focused on creating practical and lasting shifts in relational patterns.

Clients often experience Casey as steady, experienced, and deeply committed to their growth. She brings both clinical precision and genuine care into her work, creating a space where clients feel supported while being guided toward meaningful transformation.

Casey earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from West Virginia University and has been in clinical practice since 2008.
