Elysse earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Community Psychology from The Sage Graduate School in 2018. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she is committed to creating a safe, validating, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported.
Elysse specializes in helping individuals navigate body image concerns, disordered eating, and boosting overall self-esteem to better tackle daily challenges. She utilizes a person-centered approach, combining empathy, compassion, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills to help clients develop effective coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a positive self-image.
Elysse is passionate about fostering empowerment and growth in her clients. With her outgoing, curious nature and commitment to meeting each client where they are, she works collaboratively to guide individuals toward their goals. Her focus on boundary-setting and skill-building ensures that clients feel equipped and confident as they move forward in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
