Hilary is the Clinical Director at With Grace Mental Health Counseling and a highly experienced therapist known for her depth, versatility, and unwavering commitment to quality care. She plays a central role in shaping the clinical integrity of the practice, supporting both clients and clinicians with a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach.

Hilary works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, offering support across a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. She is especially skilled at adapting her approach to meet the needs of each client, allowing her to work effectively across developmental stages and complex clinical presentations.

Her work is grounded in advanced training in EMDR and play therapy, with a strong focus on helping clients process and resolve underlying experiences while building emotional resilience and stability. Hilary integrates a range of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based work to create a flexible, responsive framework that prioritizes both depth and practical change.

In addition to her clinical work, Hilary is deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development. As Clinical Director, she mentors and supports the therapists at With Grace, helping to ensure that care across the practice remains thoughtful, ethical, and aligned with best practices in the field.

Hilary earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from The Sage Graduate School in 2015.
