Jillian earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She has experience working with children, families, and young adults. Jillian has treated a variety of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral problems. She has dedicated four years to providing behavior therapy to children and adolescents while also offering vital therapeutic support to their families. Her commitment to fostering resilience and growth in clients is evident in her practices.
Jillian utilizes a diverse array of interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive therapies, family systems therapy, and person-centered approaches. She firmly believes that treatment is not a one-size-fits-all solution; rather, it must be tailored to meet the individual's unique needs. Jillian values empathy and compassion and strives to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients to facilitate meaningful change.
