Katie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children, adolescents, individuals, and families navigating a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. She is deeply committed to helping clients better understand themselves while building the tools needed to feel more confident, capable, and supported in their daily lives.
Katie supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and family or relationship stress. She takes a thoughtful, developmentally attuned approach. She adapts her work to meet each client’s age, needs, and goals, whether working with a child, teen, or adult.
