Kayla Paser

LMHC

It takes courage and vulnerability to start your therapy journey. As your therapist, my mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters self-exploration and healing. With a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind and a genuine passion for helping others, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to overcome challenges, recognize their resilience, and learn how to utilize their strengths to live a fulfilling life.

I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from SUNY Albany. Since then, I have worked in a variety of settings with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Along with a holistic approach and using guided discovery, I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to promote overall well-being in our sessions. I aim to meet my clients where they are and collaboratively work together to improve their overall functioning.
