Lisa Pittelli
Lisa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience supporting adults, and older adults through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. She is known for her grounded, steady presence and her ability to help clients navigate complex experiences with clarity and care.
Lisa works with individuals facing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, trauma, grief and loss, and significant life transitions. She is especially skilled at supporting clients through periods of change and uncertainty, helping them process their experiences while building resilience and a stronger sense of stability.
Her approach is thoughtful, integrative, and tailored to each individual. Lisa draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed treatments, and Polyvagal Theory to help clients better understand their emotional responses, regulate their nervous systems, and develop more effective ways of coping.
Lisa brings a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to her work. She values creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace, while also being gently supported toward meaningful and lasting change.
With a background that includes extensive work within community-based systems of care, Lisa brings both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the complexities individuals face in real life. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
Lisa earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, New York.
