Lori Nadeau

Lori Nadeau serves as the Client Coordination and Intake Manager at With Grace Mental Health Counseling. She is often the first point of connection for individuals reaching out for support and plays an important role in helping clients feel welcomed, understood, and guided as they begin the therapy process.

Lori works closely with prospective clients to coordinate intake consultations and thoughtfully match individuals with therapists who best align with their needs, goals, and preferences. She understands that taking the first step toward counseling can feel vulnerable, and she approaches each interaction with warmth, compassion, and genuine care.

In addition to overseeing the intake process, Lori supports community engagement and professional networking efforts for the practice. She is dedicated to helping strengthen connections between With Grace and the communities it serves, while ensuring clients have a smooth and supportive experience from their very first contact with the practice.

Known for her approachable nature and strong organizational skills, Lori helps create a welcoming and responsive environment for both clients and clinicians alike.

Lori earned her degree in Social Work from Plattsburgh State University.
