Mariah Rivet
Mariah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional balance, and more compassionate ways of relating to themselves and others. She is especially skilled at helping clients navigate internal conflict, build self-awareness, and develop a more grounded and resilient sense of self.
Her approach is relational, insight-oriented, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work. Mariah helps clients better understand the different parts of themselves that may hold pain, protection, or long-standing patterns, guiding them toward greater self-compassion and emotional integration.
Mariah works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, relational challenges, and concerns related to body image and self-worth. She integrates psychodynamic therapy, family systems work, and intuitive eating counseling to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
Clients often experience Mariah as warm, intuitive, and deeply attuned. She creates a therapeutic space that feels safe, reflective, and supportive of meaningful growth and healing.
Mariah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Psychology.
