Molly Farrell

LMHC

Molly Farrell specializes in working with adolescents and their families, supporting them through one of the most complex and formative stages of development. She understands that adolescence is a time of rapid change, marked by identity exploration, increasing independence, and often intense emotional and relational challenges.

Molly works with teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, peer and relationship stress, family conflict, academic pressure, grief, and trauma. She provides a space where adolescents feel understood and respected while helping them build the skills needed to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Her approach is both supportive and skill-focused. Molly emphasizes emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, boundary-setting, and communication, helping teens not only feel better but also function more confidently.

Molly also incorporates family systems work into her practice, recognizing the important role caregivers play in a teen’s development. She collaborates with families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address patterns that may contribute to stress or disconnection.

In addition to her clinical work with clients, Molly serves as a clinical supervisor at With Grace Mental Health Counseling where she mentors and supports fellow therapists in developing their skills and delivering high-quality, thoughtful care.

Clients and families often experience Molly as compassionate, grounded, and deeply committed. She brings both warmth and structure to her work, creating an environment where adolescents can feel safe while also being guided toward meaningful growth.

Molly earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in 2020.
